You wont bypass it with any of the proxies on peacefire - it blocks proxies that I've set up even though I haven't told anyone about them. Every single proxy I tried was uninstalled.
Apparently it uses some sort of sniffing technology and detects you using proxies without needing to know the address. I can get around websense, bloxx and barracuda easy but not 8e6. :o(
