However, this option is not always available, as you may have problems while trying to uninstall norton internet security 2010 yourself. You need to get an uninstall tool which can help fully uninstall any unwanted program from your PC.
Added info: Getting rid of Norton Internet Security has been a problem for years. The uninstall process does not work 100% and traces are left behind which can prevent other anti-virus software working properly. Norton are aware of this - there is a special download available (free) on their website which will completely remove all Norton software in one pass. It works, I have used it. Please note that it erases ALL Norton software - if you have anything else installed you will have to re-install it afterwards.
