To use your maps app in your Droid to monitor other Droid's, you should first open the app feature. Then you will be able to choose the Droid you want to monitor.

Here's a tip for using the app store for Droid phones. If there's an app that seems like something you'd use a lot but want to try things out first before buying, you can simply search for that app in the store, adding the word "free" after the app name in the search box. There's a high chance there's a free, ad-supported version of the application you're looking into. It's essentially a full working version you can try out for free on your Droid phone.
You have to buy the app for it.
Yep: droid market
