depends really on what kind of phone. In most phones you can just try to move your fingers on the screen and it should work

There is no limit for the zoom of a camera, but the The 26X Longest Zoom Digital Camera is one of the longest zoom cameras on the market. But you can always buy a longer zoom for a camera that does not have one .
in order for u to zoom in u have to put the phone in a lower resolution other wise no zoom
zoom is to enlarge the image and capture in a digital camera
The Kodak Polaroid SC1630 Android HD Smartphone also has optical zoom.
Yes, there is a phone tha offers zoom. Here is some info I found on the subject. I hope it helps. http://www.gsmarena.com/motorola_w395-reviews-1930.php
The zoom of a camera is completely unrelated to the resolution of a camera. This is dependent on the lense.
yes... For example, if you have a wifi network, you can enable wifi on the android phone and then upload photos from the phone. Also, I have not really tried it, but OFF topic, with wifi you can make a phone call on your android phone even if per say you are no longer with the cell phone provider
celkon a95 priced 5000 rupees
If you phone is at maximum resolution (2048x1620, or something like that) it actually cannot zoom at all. If you change the settings (the little gear in the lower right corner when the camera is active) so that the camera resolution is something closer to 1620x1080 (again, from memory), when in the camera mode, if you tap the bottom of the screen, a slider bar will appear that lets you digitally zoom the view before you take the picture. Left is less zoom, right to increase zoom.
