Well based on my experience, it isn't fattening. Ive been eating boiled peanuts everynight and as a consequence, I don't eat too much for dinner. It makes your stomach full and so you can only eat a little. And besides its fats are all good fats so theres no need for you to worry about diet. It's not how often you eat anything, it's how much of it you eat and how much you work off with exercise. Work off as much as you eat (or more) and you won't get fat.

A little fat is not bad, it is actually needed by your body. When you sit on the couch all day and eat unhealthy, that is when you start becoming fat. If it is a medical condition that is a different story.When it comes to good or bad to eat it's almost always a combination of WHAT and how MUCH. We do need SOME fats to stay healthy. Trouble is, today it's so easy to eat too much of it, which makes us fat, which is bad.
