I don't know the answer for certain, but I can say that I have had the same concern myself. I have come to my own conclusion that it would make the disorder even worse due to an increasing feeling of loss of control and power, and the emotional swings that come as a result of the hormonal changes from menopause. I feel this is particularly true of women who use their bodies and sex as a means of manipulation and control.
I have heard experts say that Narcissism does NOT improve with age.
