Thing is they search for key words, if their device, (which ever one it is being used) locates or finds or tracks it, your conversatons are logged.
If you are not careful with what you say, you may be placed on the terrorist watch list.
Your parents or friends can not veiw your conversations with some phone companies.
They will tell you how "Oh, if your not careful I'll catch you becasue i see everything going on over the computer."
