In my experience I say yes, back then I brought this weak little kitten it was very thin and with no mom so I kept it in my big birds cage since he is so small he can’t hurt them and the birds are friendly, don’t worry the cage was very big the kitten had fun while living with the birds and now he lives in my garden. So every morning I would give him my Leftover like chicken, fish and meat or some tuna and also camel milk he drank it every day and now he is big, healthy, strong and very playful.
you don’t have to buy expensive stuff just keep the cat healthy and strong.
please don’t judge at the way I took care of the kitten, I have had 8 years experience with cat and kittens so I know what I’m doing.

No. Go to the pet store and buy milk made for kittens. They even sell little milk bottles to feed them.
Kittens' instinct are not so matured to realize that their mom died. So technically kittens don't feel anything except the nutrition of their mother's milk. However, give them milk (goat milk is the best for cats I heard) and take care of them. They will grow up healthy and strong. Usually the mother's parts are to provide milk and safety. So if you can give them both, kittens don't need their mother. And they are very playful. So play with them and enjoy.
No.
The action of the kittens' paws stimulates the mothers mammary glands to produce milk.
Mostly warm milk. I once had puppies and kittens. We used to let them drink milk out of a small bottle.
Well, kittens don't necessary eat milk but lets say about 7 times.
