I cook them seven minutes, then cool. I use cold water to cool them quickest, then pour the water out and "slosh" the eggs in the pan to crack the shells. Water again, and the shells just slide off.

For a softboiled egg all it takes is 3 to 4 minutes in salted boiled water ;)
If you put then all into the same pan and boil them at the same time, then the answer is the same time as it takes to boil one egg. A hens egg for example would take 3 minutes to soft boil and 8 minutes to hard boil.

Well you could boil your own eggs but thats a big mess But inside of a plastic eggs if you have younger younger kids its easier to put soft candys
