Best advice: Whenever there is a car accident, no matter how minor one thinks or doesn't think the damage is, always ... ALWAYS ... call the police and have a report filed. In today's cars, a little "bump" can turn into major damage later on ... get that police report ... it may be an inconvenience at the time, but you will thank yourself for doing that later on if problems develop.
