There's no way of telling. You can ride your heart out or you can coast along doing nothing much, it's all down to how hard you're riding. If you want to keep track, get a heart rate monitor, one of those that looks like a wrist watch and with a pickup strap that goes around your chest. It'll be far more reliable than any generic value presented to you by any machine that can't see how hard you're working.

Muddy question. In time you can obviously ride until you drop. In distance it all depends on terrain, weather, and rider fitness. 200 miles in a day is doable for a reasonably experienced rider.

Depends on why you're riding. If you're only riding for fun, ride until you're bored, hungry, cold or whatever that makes you think of quitting.

If you're riding because you need to get somewhere, better ride until you're there.

If you're riding to lose weight, basically ride for as long as you can. Aim for one hour at least

If you're riding for fitness, you need to have a plan. Shorter, harder rides mixed with longer, less strenuous ones.

That all depends on how hard you ride and for how long you ride.

I usually get somewhere between 700-900 / hour, but I push hard and am quite fit.

450 - 600 is probably a decent average.

If you're not getting sweaty and winded, you're probably down to 300-something.

That's all down to how hard and how long you keep at it. 450-600 cals/hour is a good average.

Assuming you put an effort in and keep at it for a while - yes.

But if you're just pootling around for a few minutes - not much.

On a average any person can use an exercise bike for 30 minutes. It is not said it cannot be used more time but by that average time it burns the maximum calories.
