It can be as early as one month into your pregnancy or as late as eight months into your pregnancy. Its different in every woman. But dont be worried if you dont experience breast tenderness till your three months along.

∙ 14y agoBreast tenderness is one of the earliest signs of pregnancy( next to nausea and a missed period) BT can start as early as 3 days post conception and last through 6-9 weeks. Each woman is different There is usually and change in breast size and aureole In lighter skinned women the darkness and color of the aureole is much more prominent Some women feel a nagging soreness in their breast, while other feels a tingling sensation on the nipple. Spidery veins can appear across the breast with in the 2-3 week. If breast tenderness is accompanied with redness, or a nipple discharge see your Primary care provider or a ND, NP or PA.

∙ 14y agoits lasts through out the hole pregnancy usually. although the pain does die down and you become used to it so you only feel the odd pain. i will give you some advise tho, wear a tight bra as this dies down the pain its perticulary useful after you give birth as if you think there bad now wait till afterwards

Many but not all women do have soreness or tenderness of the breast during pregnancy.
