It can last anywhere from 30 minutes to a week in my experiance i had twins so mine lasted a week and the egg finally settled in i had no implantation bleeding just the cramps…. i dont believe when people say it only could last up to 2 or 3 days thats not true every woman is tottally diffrent in there pregnANcies and everyones body is diffrent. so yes it could last up to a week.
Well, it all depends on the person. Some people say only a few hours to a day. Others may say it's impossible for it to last longer than that, but speaking from personal exper…ience that is bogus - mine lasted almost one week! Mine weren't painful. They just felt like I was about to get my period (heaviness, bloated, etc...) Some women claim that they are a bit painful. And then again, a lot of women NEVER even have implantation cramps. And sometimes with implantation (cramps or no cramps) you get implantation bleeding, which should be much lighter than your period and only last a few days. I never got this type fo bleeding, but many women do so don't worry if it happens.
It is different for different people; it would be best to ask your doctor.
Dental implants are not forever, but they do last longer than anything else on the dental market and clinical landscape.

Breast implants are not meant to last a lifetime. Many women are out there who have had breast implants for as long as twenty years and they remia as pleased with them as the …day that they were done. Of course, as the body gets older the breasts tend to drop, even with implants. At sometime in the future you may want them changed purely for cosmetic purposes. In some cases this second operation is accompanied by a breast uplift at the same time as changing the implants. Its always a good idea to visit your Plastic Surgeon periodically so that your breasts can be checked to make sure that the implants are intact.
Dental implants usually last as long as a real tooth, however this depends on the type of materials that were used for your dental implant. Taking good care of your dental imp…lants also play a big role in how long the implants will last.
