If there was so little mold on the bread that you did not notice it, then nothing will happen. Your health is safe. If it was very moldy, you are likely to experience some nausea, but not much more. However, it is not recommended to eat any bread that has mold on it or any slice within a loaf that has become moldy. Spores spread through the air and could be present without being seen. Mold can contain some nasty toxins, so don't chance it. For those with compromised immune systems, you should not breathe in or be near any substance with mold on it, as the spores can be harmful. FYI - mold that grows on bread is not the same kind of mold that grows on, say, blue cheese; the former is harmful, and the latter is not.
