diets are a process. the faster you loose the worse it is on your body, sudden weightloss is the loss of muscle along with fat and usually causes stretch marks, weakness and in the long run many diseases since the girl is 15 she is at major risk of damaging her body by eating an unhealthy and imbalanced diet at that crucial growing stage...crash diets are not the answer if she wants to keep them off. so she should eat a nutritional 2,500 calorie diet and the weight will come off and stay off.
