There are currently 5 Star Wars TV series.
Star Wars: Droids---- A 1980's morning cartoon about the adventures of C-3PO and R2-D2.
Star Wars: Ewoks---- Another 80's cartoon. Four live-action special were made.
Star Wars: Clone Wars---- A cartoon which ran through 2003 with 2 seasons.
Star Wars: The Clone Wars---- A CGI show which started its fifth season in 2012.
Star Wars: Detours----A very kid friendly show in January 2013.

A live action Star Wars series is reportedly still a go although on hold.
In May 2011, Lucas said 50 scripts have been written but production is still on hold until production costs go down.
There are actually seven movies. The saga will end up at Episode IX (that's what announced at the moment). And there will be a total of 12 movies (if we count the spin-off movies).

As far as filming order is concerned, Star Wars: A New Hope (Episode IV) was the first Star Wars. The prequels (Episodes I-III) were filmed much later, and they served as the backstory that leads to the events of A New Hope.
Season 1 of The Clone Wars was enjoyed by enough people for the studios to consider it a financial success.
