It all depends on your bone structure and how much you exercice. Truth is, 130lbs isn't too much for someone 5'3" If you just eat healthy foods and do a lot of exercice, you can loose 10 pounds in 2 months if you loose 5 pounds per month (around 1.2 pounds a week.)

I was advised to eat around 1400 calories per day when I wanted to lose 12-14 lbs. I am 5'4" and weighed 138 at the time. It only took a few weeks, and I wrote down everything I ate. I didn't realize i was consuming so many snacks!

i suggest this plan: follow what it says on the side of the box. do not go over. example: if you're having lucky charms for breakfast, go to the side and see how much for ONE serving size. "half a cup" or "2/3 of a cup" then get a measuring cup and pour half a cup or whatever it says in your bowl. - jog or run for 30 minutes a day. then when you think you can handle it, bump it up to 1 hour a day of jogging, running, biking etc... - eat more green foods. lay off the junk food (i.e. chips/candy/donuts/greasy foods) eat more vegetables. you'll be well on your way. if not that, the average person should stay within 1500-1800 calories a day.

then all males and females generally fall into 3 catgories of body composistion. pretty much the upper body people, lower body heavy people, and then just overall skinny.

BUT to straight answer your question.... to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks. (1week=2.5lbs)

depends on how you have been eating and training prior to these 4 weeks. if you don't ever work out....your body will not lose the weight quick. because you have yet to train your body to ADAPT to losing or gaining weight.

everything is muscle memory. i weighed 183 solid muscle being 6'2". 8 weeks later i hit 202lbs. <<<<<i was full of water, and my muscles where very heavy and puffy cause i was eating about 10,000 calories min daily. this is my gaining phase, then i slimmed down to 188lbs and am faster than a cheetah, and strong as an ox. i can squat 315lbs 8 times and run 21miles like its nothing.

its all how you train your body. don't settle for 4 weeks out of the year to lose 10 quick pounds. your body will add it right back on if you go back to your old lifestyle.

2.5lbs a week. eat lots of salad. drink 2-3 gallons of water a day.

and do TONS of endurence.....if your not sweating madly and your heart rate isn't maxed for a minimum of 1 hour day. then you wont lose weight fast. change your eating habits, run more. do aerobics.
