There is no exact answer, as calorie intake varies per indiviudal. Some factors that influenece it are age, genger, weight, height, body type, and activity level. On average, though, about 1,600 to 1,800 calories a day for a grown woman and about 2,000 calories a day for a grown man. For children, it is less than that.
