How many days rest does a youth need between workouts?
Any amount of protein is a good amount of protein. I would probably say anywhere from 10-30g. However, protein is not enough. With protein you need carbs, in order to transpor…t the protein to all the muscles that need it. So, chocolate milk is a perfect after workout snack :) Perfect ratio of carbs and protein Also, after about 40-50g of protein, the body is unable to metabolize more in one sitting, and you just pee it out. So if you're going to eat a chicken breast (25-35g of protein), you don't need a protein shake to up it to 50g of protein, because it's a waste of protein and it's rough on the kidneys.

Combine cardio with crunches. The muscles are there, but most people have fat over them. You want to lose the fat and make them bigger.
Hi , you should probably spend 1-2 days of rest between your workouts. it also depends how hard you workout at your workout. if you do an easy workout then only rest one… day, and if you work hard, the rest two days. you should workout 4 times a week if you want big muscles that show. drink lots of water and dont eat junk period.
Although God is the most powerful, He also need to rest or be rest so that we us Human created by God will Know and Learn the importance of the seventh day in our daily living…... I think He rested on the Seventh Day as an example to people to observe the Sabbath , for us to rest from daily labors, to worship , and to spend time with family. Besides , if I created something as awesome as this planet and all on it , I would like a day to sit back and admire the beauty of it all. You could argue that the day of rest came first, and then the Creation story (from Babylon probably, though some of the story is from Israel) came along to sanctify the Sabbath.
