Rice isn't the best of things to measure by the mil (since mils are usually reserved for liquid measurements). Grain size varies a lot between rice types and within rice types (Arborio rice is much wider but shorter than long grain rice). An approximation would be around 50-60 grains in 10 ml, but you would be better off finding a different unit of measurement - preferably a unit that measures weight, such as grams or ounces. Volume measures, such as teaspoons may also work for you.
