It is not so much how many switches as it is devices per circuit.

Circuit loading

In Canada the electrical code states that there shall be not more that 12 outlets on any 2 wire branch circuit. Such outlets shall be considered to be rated at not more that 1 amp per outlet. Where the connected load is known, the number of outlets may exceed 12 providing the load current does not exceed 80 % of the rating of the over current device protecting the circuit.

As always, if you are in doubt about what to do, the best advice anyone should give you is to call a licensed electrician to advise what work is needed.

Before you do any work yourself,
on electrical circuits, equipment or appliances,
always use a test meter to ensure the circuit is, in fact, de-energized.

IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY SURE YOU CAN DO THIS JOB
SAFELY AND COMPETENTLY
REFER THIS WORK TO QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS.

What is mean by auto re-closer in high voltage breaker?

Many high-voltage overhead line faults are temporary in nature -e.g. a branch hitting a line conductor during a storm. An 'autorecloser' mechanism is designed to automatically reclose a circuit breaker after it has tripped. If the fault has cleared itself, then the circuit breaker will remain closed; if not, the autorecloser mechanism can be set to reclose the circuit breaker several times (typically 3) before, finally, locking the circuit breaker open. Autoreclosers are often used in conjuction with 'sectionalisers'; these are non-load breaking switches which will disconnect sections of line towards the end of a feeder, in the hope that any fault has existed beyond that point and will be cleared before the autorecloser recloses the circuit breaker.

What is the difference of a Circuit Breaker from an Air Circuit breaker?

They are completely different. A moulded-case circuit breaker is a low- or medium-voltage device, whereas an air circuit breaker is a very large circuit breaker designed for use in high-voltage transmission/distribution substations.

Bedroom breaker keeps tripping out what can I do to correct this?

You need to identify specifically what is causing the breaker to trip. It could just be that you have to many devices or appliances on the circuit; or it could be a problem with the wiring, switches or outlets. Some steps to take. 1.) Unplug everything from the circuit. If it doesn't trip anymore you had too much plugged in. Identify what can be switched to another circuit. 2.) What device or appliance causes the problem? It is most likely something like a heater or something with a motor; or perhaps too many higher wattage light bulbs. 3.) If the breaker always trips when it rains, you may have a water moisture problem? 4.) If the breaker trips when nothing is connected it may be the breaker or a short in an outlet or switch.

What is circuit breaker and its type?

A circuit breaker(s) is what you will find inside your electrical box in your house the idea behind them is when a room in your house draws too many Amps the circuit breaker will turn off all the power to that room to re-engage them you simply switch it back on. There are many types of circuit breakers with different rattings like 15A or 100A, this tells you at what point they will 'break' the circuit and turn off the power.
