There is no limit to how many terms a congressman can serve. All congressmen are subject to elections (Representatives face election every 2 years, Senators every 6), but if they are not defeated they can stay as long as they want.
There are no term limits on offices in the House of Representatives. A representative may continue to serve so long as he continues to be reelected by his district. The longest continually serving representative is, as of 2012, John Dingell (D-MI), serving since 1955, a tenure of about 57 years.
The men and women of Congress can serve unlimited terms. As long as they keep getting elected, they can serve.
