the tribes in Africa are innumerable. tribes in Africa refer to groups of people who share a language, a culture and in most parts, are settled in the same area. There are as many tribes as there are languages which in Uganda alone would be way more than 20. So are you referring to the tribes themselves or ethnic groups? like Bantu, Nilotes, ...etc.
No. Most Africans from former British colonies do speak English. However, those from the nations of former French West Africa speak French, or a dialect thereof. And many Africans still only speak their indigenous African language.
A lot of the third world population cannot speak English and also probably has never heard English spoken by any human. Tribes in the jungles around the world do not speak in English unless a missionary takes the time to teach it to them while learning the tribal language. Most of Russia does not speak in English, neither do the Chinese because they live in the rural areas or have no way to learn the language or have a reason to learn it. It would amaze many people to learn that many Africans can speak some words or sentences in English.
There is no"typical African tribal community" - their religions and communities are as diverse as the many peoples of Africa.
None, I think. Asia, Africa, Oceania, Europe, North America, and South America all speak other languages.

English is spoken in many parts of Africa. It is an official language in Botswana, Cameroon, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somaliland (a region in the north of Somalia), South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. That is not to say that it is the main language in these countries and all of the people there speak English. Other languages are official in those countries and lots of the people in them would not speak English at all. Equally, there would be fluent English speakers in countries that do not have English as an official language.
