If you are improving YOUR OWN building you cannot charge your tenant anything -unless they caused the damage. If they did cause the damage you have to give them a fair rate for the job in your area.

What is the average cost of replacing a2002 Honda crv front passenger window that will not go down?

I would think that it probably does not need not be replaced. The problem is probably with the electric lift motor. If it needs replacing it would only be the cost of the motor plus the labor charge to do the job. Motors are available both new and used (on the salvage market) and the labor charge will vary from area to area - so it is impissible to estimate what the entire cost might be.

Cost of replacing an alternator for 2002 Mazda Tribute?

If you do it yourself the alternator will cost around $200.00 and 2 days labor. My son just did mine and it was horrible. The alternator sits on the passenger side firewall behind the engine. Dealerships will charge anything from $700 and up to do it, most of that cost will be the labor. Good Luck
