You can work part time in Florida and still get unemployment. Report your income each week: if you earn less than $58, it has no effect on benefits; anything over $58 will be deducted from your weekly benefits. If you earn more than the weekly benefit, you receive no benefits THAT week, but you don't lose it, as it is still a credit on your total available benefit compensation. Just read an article that says a maximum of $275 per week. It also depends on how much have you earned during the past 18 months or so.
