∙ 12y agoThere is no cost for Internet Explorer 9. Simply go to Microsoft's webiste and click the free download. After downloading the new verison, restart your computer and you have Internet Explorer 9.

∙ 11y agoInternet explorer is actually free off of the microsoft website. I might suggest that you actually try the browser called firefox. It offers much faster web Surfing and is considered by many as superior to internet explorer.
