Approximately $300/18mg 1-a-day pill for a 42-day supply. This drug is Schedule 2, meaning a new prescription must be written every 30 days. Check with your insurance, doctor, and local pharmacy before deciding. Many Insurance companies have a "Brand Name Drug Copayment", meaning you must pay extra for any brand name drugs, including Concerta. No generic version is available currently as there is still a patent on the drug. If price is an issue, research Ritalin and it's generic versions, although these are not 1-per-day drugs.

it depends on the quantity and the strength of the medication and also whether it's a generic or brand name. i did however, find out that the 18 mg (generic) Concerta was more expensive than the 36 mg.

the 18 mg (generic) were ranging from $220-$300 for 30 tablets at the pharmacies in my area. i'm from northern California. the 36 mg were around $180-$250 for 30 tablets.

My 30 day supply of 54mg concerta and 20mg Ritalin was a total of $25 with insurance. I'm not sure what the break down of each was. Hope that is at least a little helpful.
