The following list is the tolerances that the body can stand.
Less than 1/2 milliamp no sensation
1/2 to 2 milliamps, threshold of perception
2 to 10 milliamps, muscular contraction
5 to 25 milliamps, painful shock (may not be able to let go)
Over 25 milliamps, could be violent muscular contraction
50 to 100 milliamps, ventricular fibrillation
over 100 milliamps, paralysis of breathing and possible death.
It is any current of amplitude sufficient to terminate life functions.

The typical wind system delivers roughly 8 to 10% of what systems are rated at 28 MPH. If the wind gusts over this amount the system shuts down. If the wind falls to 14 MPH yo…u see 10% of rated. At 11 MPH you see nothing. To compensate for this issue, fossil fuel plants run in the background. The energy they use and CO2 output is ignored because wind generators are connected. The overall effect is that no useful power is ever created if you consider the fossil fuel plants idling. Check out the number of birds killed each year by wind and you have a really bad system. They should be banned.

If you know the voltage and resistance, then current = voltage divided by resistance. Otherwise, you can attach an ammeter into the circuit (in series).
This is really a medical question, but it worries me that you're even asking. The answer is that depends on where the current is flowing. If it's across your chest, even a few… milli-amperes can send your heart into cardiac arythmia, causing a heart attack ( or death by stupidity, as I'd say). If you want to play with electricity (and I do not like your playground), keep it below your waist. And if anyone even suggests using a regular wall plug, you should run immediately! I'm not kidding! That will burn you severely for sure, and probably kill you. Be careful.

It is not just the voltage but the flow of current (amperes) that determines how much electricity (energy, joules) is passed through the body. A tiny current at very high volt…ages is harmless, although less so with a high amperage and tiny current. The resistance of the skin may allow high voltages to flow along the outside of the body rather than through it.
Anything over 19 milli amps will normally kill most humans.

I would imagine it has a lot to do with the combination of a few contributing factors. You have water and electricity, for starters. Then there's the fact that people are usua…lly in there early in the morning, when they're still waking up. Or they're in there in the evening, when they're winding down. In either case, combining the dangerous potential of electricity and water, with a lowered sense of awareness that can occur in the washroom, this could easily explain at least a part of increased rate of fatal accidents in the bathroom.
It again depends on the conditions: Humidity % in atmosphere. Whether the person himself is wet or not. However for a person: 10mA is "let go" current which provides just a …minor sensation in nerves. The normal acceptable current is 30mA which generally most of RCCB are rated for.. & At 50mA there are more chances of Heart Failure.
