The full length of your probation! If you were sentenced to five years of probation, you could be sentenced to five years, even if the violation occurred on the last day of your probationary period. (That's a pretty tough pill to swallow--five years in prison when one year in jail was the most you could have received.) I've actually seen someone who'd served 9 years and 11 months of a 10 year probation get sentenced to 10 years. Don't mess with Texas, it's serious about crime!
possesin Under 2 oz.: Class B misdemeanor; 2-4 oz.: Class A misdemeanor; 4 oz. to 5 lbs.: State jail felony; 5-50 lbs.: 3rd degree felony; 50-2000 lbs.: 2nd degree felony; Over 2000 lbs.: Texas Dept. of Criminal Justice institution for life or 5-99 yrs. and $50,000

pumpkins. the dude that helped him wanted to plant marijuana, but sam convinced him pumpkins would sell better during halloween, and it wouldn't get you in jail
you can go to jail for marijuana in any state. it is a federal law, not a state law.
lol absolutely not
When you get thrown in jail for it.
The length of jail time for possession of an ounce of marijuana varies depending on the state and specific circumstances. In some states, possession of an ounce may result in a small fine or misdemeanor charge, while in others it could lead to much harsher penalties. It is best to consult with a legal professional in your specific jurisdiction.
That depends greatly on the state. In Texas, possession of marijuana punishment is dependent on the amount (based on ounces), and Texas does not have a possession with intent to distribute for marijuana. I believe many other states to increase the punishment for intent to distribute even with marijuana. I would suggest you look to the penal code of your state, or possibly re-post the question to include the state.
Here is the Texas sentencing law for 15 pounds of marijuana: Third-degree felony: More than 5 pounds, but less than 50 pound 2 to 10 years in a state prison and/or a fine of not more than $10,000s
not if they cant't find it.
