The cost to adopt a cat from a shelter varies, but it usually not more than 50 dollars. Litter boxes with lids cost around 30 dollars, kitty litter costs around 8 dollars, and kitty found costs vary depending upon how much a person buys. Overall, the cost of upkeep for a cat is not very substantial.
Hi its me Adri again,We feed our 1 year old cats 2 times a day that's enuff for a 1 year old cat :) We feed them at the morning and at night you can ask me about any animal in the world lol I love animals they are my life :)
Adri...tyvm for your reply. I should have worded it differently. What I need to know is how many ounces a day to feed the cat. I met a woman who had 5 cats at groc. store. We were both buying cans of Friskies cat food 5-1/2 oz. cans. She said half of that can food in AM and the other 1/2 in eve. along with a cup of dry food left out. I have been doing that but my cat seems to want more (naturally). Thanks again..love animals too, esp. my little dog. Look forward to your reply. Patti
It can cost anywhere from $5- 15 a month. That would mean an average of $120 a year! The price will vary depending on which brand you buy. Hope this helps

The amount of money a person spends on their pets each year can vary depending on factors like the type of pet, its needs, and the owner's lifestyle. On average, a pet owner may spend a few hundred to a few thousand dollars annually on expenses such as food, grooming, veterinary care, toys, and accessories.
It depends on if you have a dog, or cat. If you have a Golden Retriever, you will probably spend about one thousand on food a year. But, if you have a small dog, then about five hundred. And if you have a cat, you will spend about three, or four hundred per year.
At least an hour a day.
There are many considerations when getting a pet. The first that you need to consider is the time that you have to spend and your lifestyle. You also need to consider how much veterinary and food will cost. Who will care for the pet? You also need to consider how much effort, such as cleaning, the pet will require. It is best to all of the types of pets you are considering before making the decision.
If you mean as a pet you can purchase food for he/she at a pet store. WARNING:DON'T FEED IT TO MUCH FOOD
If its not your pet then leave a trail of food, when you are trying to get the rabbit to trust you, leave a trail of tasty food the rabbit will like to lead it towards you. If it is a pet the spend time with it doing fun activities
I don't know how much money it is, but, I do know that people spend unesesary money on pet clothes, toys, and even food. Even though pet clothes are cute it isn't enjoyable for the pet and they would much rather not have any clothes. My family gets tons of toys for my dog when she doesn't even play with them, it is much better to get the pet a toy that she/he is more attached to. Lastly, food is the biggest money waster of all. My dog has been eating the same kibble for more than seven years and the vet says she is as healthy as a new-born puppy. Gormet dog foods are unesesary and most of the time create health problems.
it is in the second week of June annually!! it is actually the world pet memorial day...
To find which pet is right for you first decide how much you want to spend on a pet since most pets can be expensive. Then it is best to determine if you want a low maintenance pet or if you are okay with a high maintenance pet.
On average, Canadians spend around $1,000 to $1,500 per year on their pets for expenses like food, grooming, toys, veterinary care, and accessories. Additionally, spending can vary depending on the type of pet and its specific needs.
