The black market can be found almost anywhere online, it's unavoidable. From terrorist organizations , scam groups, to teams of only two people can be from any where in the world. These individuals can be from England, Ireland, the United States, the Middle East, etc. It has become an international and global network which is one of main reasons why they are so difficult to trace.

The methods are some times so sophisticated, and so revolutionary that your local police department, FBI agent , or NSA official would have no knowledge of unless they confiscated the equipment from a failed hit. If the equipment is found enough times and made public by international news organizations , or the defense is tightened then in a few months or weeks all illegal equipment is recalled by the black market seller and perfected. Build communities, shelters, food banks and more and not just for the tax deductions, but because trees must grow after a forest fire.
