Usually the queen will have about 6 nipples ready when she has her kittens. 4 to 6 kittens are the average litter.
Momma cats are for the most part very good mothers. Make sure she has plenty of food, preferably the kitten formula for the protein and vitamins needed for the kittens. Whatever food is left after the kittens are weaned can be used by the kittens.

Male cats do not have prominent nipples.
No. A male cat's nipples do not produce milk so never "dry up" in the first place. A cat's nipples are part of the body.
Cat nipplesYes they do. As a matter of fact, most male mammals have nipples. Male cats, like female cats, have 6 nipples in total.
No. Have to look around the genital area. Ask a vet or another adult. The only way you could tell the sex of a cat by looking at the nipples would be if it is a nursing mother cat, in which case the breasts of the cat would be hanging lower and filled with milk. Otherwise a male cat's and a female cat's nipples look pretty much the same.
I think the standard issue number of nipples is 8, but I just noticed my cat Dwight has 10....apparently this is quite rare !!
Both genders of cat will have nipples. The male will have a scrotum and penis, the female will not.
Answer:A male cat has a penis, a female cat does not. They just have no function, much the same as human males have nipples but have no use for them. The best way to tell what gender a cat is, it by looking underneath the base of its tail. A male cat that has not been neutered will have two furry testicles right below the anus, and a penis right below the testicles. A neutered male cat will not have visible testicles, but there will be a noticeable space between its anus and penis.Spayed and intact female cats alike will have a genital opening (vulva) which is often seen as a tear-drop shape located right below the anus.

Those 'pimple like bumps' on his stomach are most likely nipples. And if your cat has nipples then more likely your cat could possibly be a girl. In some cases, the male cat can also have nipples of that as a female cat as well. Don't be alarmed by this. It's completely normal.
Well, you look at the private spot and if something dangles it is a boy
It is usual for your cat to have some marks around its nipples. This might be the skin pattern or the fur color.
