40,000 KH over a year

No, I think what you're trying to say is:

4,000 kWh

That's roughly what mine does.

(not 40,000 because that would cost several thousands of $$)

Depends on the BTU's of the heater. There are 93,000 BTU per gallon so you would take your BTU and divide by that number. 93,000 BTU per gallon / 30,000 your heaters BTU = just over 3 gallons per hour.

.02 gallons. A pilot uses roughly 15 gallons of propane per month. Take 15 gallons, divide it into 30 days = 0.5 gallons a day. Divide that answer by 24 = .020833 gallons per hour.

How much hydro does a 4800 watts heater use?

Your term "hydro" is another term for kilowatt hours. So to answer your question a 4800 watt heater on for an hour would consume 4.8 kilowatt/hours. To take it further if you knew what you pay for a kilowatt hour in your area, multiply it by 4.8 and you could see how much it costs you to operate the heater. An example if you pay .11 cents a kilowatt hour, the price would be .528 or 53 cents an hour.

How much does a propane truck driver make a year?

Obviously, the starting wage is dependent on a lot of factors, including geography. But typically a propane delivery driver is working in a rural area. To drive a propane truck legally you must have a Class B or higher CDL with airbrakes, tanker and hazmat endorsements. Generally speaking, $13-$15 an hour is a reasonable starting wage. There are often bonuses and benefits on top of that. With experience, the wage could be as high as $18 or $20 per hour.
