well i myself am 5'5 and a teenager. I have done research on this topic for awhile now and i have come to realize that the only accurate way of finding out is having the doctor to a bmi (body mass index) test on you. They say the healthy weight is anywhere from 120-150 pounds. Depending on your muscle and the way your body carries the weight, this can vary for you.
I myself am a C cup and have a slightly large butt. The doctor told me that adds a total of 15 pounds. I weigh usually around 140.
So if your more than 150 or less than 120 dont freak out because it may be the apropriete weight for your body. If your unhappy with your BODY working out will help but dont view your weight number as the problem. remember muscles does weigh more than fat.
you should be a 45 k.g more detail http://wisenepal.co.cc
