The amount of Sugary stuff we eat a day is a lot over the normal amount we are supposed to eat.
The actual amount of Sugary stuff are supposed to eat is the size of our hand and that isn't a lot.
If we eat more than that we could be gaining weight and you don't even know it.
To stop this from happening you should eat more fruit and veg each day, try and make it 5 a day of fruit and veg
exercise at least an hour a day and eat healthy foods, but don't eat too much carbohydrates and sugary stuff.
Sugary foods should be eaten sparingly, in small amounts, usually as dessert after the main meal of the day.
you should probably stay away from pure sugary stuff. Like don't eat a lot of candy and salty stuff. If you do only eat like 1 or 2 pieces of candy like every other day. And eat alot of fruits and vegetables and get some protein. And go out and excersie for an hour a day. And you'll be all good
stuff
good stuff. nutritious.
You should feed your beardie every day a mixture of protein (Crickets and stuff like that) and veggies. The rule of thumb is feed your beardie as much protein as he/she will eat in a 15 minute span. As for the veggies you can leave those in all day.
it is the day to not do stuff and a day for whaching tv
stuffies have pockets so you can stuff two large trucks and small stuffed animals have a nice day
the stuff that takes the most time
Well it depends what type. With type 1 you have to do insulin injections 2 or more times a day. Also you can't eat much of anything too sugary. With type 2 you have to take special tablets to give you the insulin or do injections and, as with type 1, you can't eat much of aany thing too sugary.
@ least twice a day. once in the morning and once at night! :)
