I would say one or two years at the least...If you get caught. I would proceed cautiously and weigh my options. If you feel like the crime is worth the time, go for it. However, if you are robbing a little old lady at gun point- #1 you've got issues. #2 you won't get much $$ from granny's these days. And #3, I don't really think you would be getting a big BANG for your buck so to speak. Seriously, I believe the answer is 10/20/LIFE. 10 years for pulling a gun on someone. 20 years for firing the gun. Life for killing someone. But those are just guesses also.
