Well that depends on the quality of the horse and how much training it has. If its like a Olympic horse it will be expensive
A roping horse has the job of running after the cow or steer keeping in the perfect position for the rider/riders to lasso the steer's horns. This can be done with a single horse/rider or 2 horse/rider teams known as team roping or more commonly 'heading and heeling'. With the 2 horse/rider teams, and the reason it's called 'heading and heeling' the steer comes out of the chute followed by the first horse/rider and then the delayed follow by the 2nd team. The first rider has to catch the horns (heading). Within a couple of seconds the 2nd rider has to rope at least one hind leg (heeling). The horses have to be as well trained as the ropers themselves and it is a difficult and demanding sport. But it is so much fun to watch. Like with most things, the horse/rider teams that are really good make it look easy.
The American Quarter Horse of course! This horse is the most popular not only because; according to the encyclopedia of horses and ponies, quarter horses are they an easy going breed with a good temperament, but also have multiple uses. You can use a quarter horse for basically anything equine related. This category includes: Racing, roping, showing in rodeos and western events, jumping, calf roping, ranch work, both English and western riding, anything involving speedy manuvers and much more. Quarter horses are and always have been of a strong, muscular build, with a broad chest, powerful hindquarters and excellent agility.

Thoroughbred Race Horses are the most valuable. A horses value is usually an estimation of it's earning potential as stud once it retires (this is where most of the money is made). The most valuable horse in the world is Frankel. Unbeaten in 13 starts, he's won every race in his two year career. His estimated value is a minimum of £100 million ($161 million).
The most expensive diamond, by definition, is priceless.
Prices of horses can range. It really depends what type of horse you want. A racing horse or a purebred, a horse to pull carts? Purebred horses are extremely expensive as they are quite rare. But in general, most horses are above $3000 unless buying from a friend.
Pretty much the same cars that are the most expensive today.
