7 leters if heathly
Given an abundant water supply, a horse will drink water until it has satisfied its thirst. This will vary widely, depending on many variables. The temp. of the water, the temp. of the air, before exercise, during exercise, after exercise, etc. How much hay will a horse eat at one session? How much sweet feed will a horse eat?
Depending on what climate the horse lives in, how much work it does and the size of the horse the answer will vary, but a good estimate is between 10-25 gallons.
Horses can drink up to 70 liters of water per day. The amount of water that a horse actually NEEDS to survive will depend on its circumstances (temperature, type of horse, size of horse, amount of work, etc.)
Horse typically drink 0.5 to 1.0 gallon of water a day per 100 pounds, so a 900 pound horse would drink 4.5 to 9 gallons a day in stable weather conditions. If the weather is particularly cold they may not drink as much and if the weather is hot they will drink more. The amount of water consumed will also vary with availability, if water is not available at all times then a horse will try to drink as much as their stomach will allow when they do find water.
Arabians like all other horse breeds needs 0.5 to 1.0 gallons of water per 100 pounds of bodyweight daily. This means that a 1,000 pound horse would drink 5 to 10 gallons of water. Water intake will increase when it is extremely hot/humid, the horse is in work, or when lactating.
not that much just make sure that there getting enough water through out the day . if you notice that they are drinking alot you should think about putting electrolites in there water
Clean and Cold water should always be available but usually they need 5 to 10 Gallons.
