∙ 14y agoWhen I had the gall bladder surgery my doctor recommended that I actually gained weight. Due to the loss of the urinary sigmis you must drink more fluids and less diatary solids. I drank more energy drinks such as Red Bull and Monster but reduced my sodium intake by only sufficient.
