I have an 07 1.6Hdi partner origin and have had various awnsers as follows:
Peugeot HQ - every 10 yrs/Arduous - 112,000 miles/average - 140,000miles
Peugeot Dealers:
W.J.King - every 8 years/Average - 144,000 miles
Chinese Garage - __________/Average - 96,000 miles
Robins & Day - __________/Average - 60,000 miles
Local Independant Specialist:
French Car Servicing - at least 100,000 miles up to 144,000 miles
It looks to me as if a couple of the dealers are taking the ****! The local specialist will be getting my money when I come to replace it.
Partner 1.9D 1993 to 1998. Recommended change intervals are. 72,000 miles under normal conditions. 60,000 miles under adverse conditions
once a week
every 90000 miles
It would be best to change the timing belt at or before 100k miles.
how often do i have to change the timing belt on my rover400
It depends on the year.
A cam belt or timing belt on a Peugeot 306 GTI only needs to be changed if it breaks or shows signs of wear. Changing the cam belt on a vehicle is not part of the regular maintenance. It only needs to be inspected once a year unless problems arise.
Every 75,000 miles is what I would recommend. To know for sure what Peugeot recommends look in your owners manual.
how offten should you change a timing belt on a kia picanto 6 years old
the 2001 does not have a timing belt, instead a timing chain, which does not required replacement as often as belt
after 1,90,000 KM
The first timing belt change is at 60,000 miles.
