If the horse is kept stabled overnight then you will need to muck out at least once per day, usually in the morning after the horse is turned out. If however he is kept stabled throughout most of the day and night, you will need to clean him out more often - usually skip out muck through the day with gloves and a bucket.

You should clean a water bucket in a stable one a day
A stable is a building that is used mainly to house horses. A stable is often found on a farm that also keeps horses, or at a stud farm where horses are bred, or at horse racing courses, and so on.
When a horse is in a stall it should be clened out dailey to avoid hoof problems or smell. And your horse will be comfortable knowing you care about him. Happy Trails =)
Horses and sheep are often kept in stables, barns, or paddocks.
