∙ 8y agoBrail is the for the poor deaf and blind man. These are raised bumps on paper that he can feel with his fingers. If you don't know anyone who knows brail then you can phone the Brail Society for the Deaf & Blind and they will help out as well as have someone their through his grieving process. If you can't find the phone number then ask the telephone operator in your city or town.
