Drink 6 to 8 8oz glasses of water a day. Cut out soda's including diet. Exercise -- ie: dance around house to favorite music, swim, jump rope, running in place, stretches... Limit amount of food you eat -- ie: a few chips, not a handful. A small scoop of ice cream, not many small scoops... Get a good nights sleep -- 8 - 10 hours. Place your focus on something or someone other than food -- ie: Spiritual, reading, health...
