I didn't know i was pregnant but from what I've read on the nhs websites i think I've had a miscarriage do you have to see your doctor?

Yes, if you did have one they should check so everything is out so you don't get infections.

Were you diagnosed as pregnant? If you were in fact pregnant and now started you period again you "did" have a miscarriage. In the early stages of pregnancy a miscarriage is not always going to have any major symptioms. Discharging tissue could be something else if you weren't pregnant. I would see a doctor if you continue to have such discharge in the future.

you need to see a doctor. its bad to take birth control when you're pregnant, it could harm the unborn baby or cause a miscarriage. please see a doctor even if you don't want the baby, it's important for you to be healthy too. if you have a miscarriage but it stays inside you it can be very bad, cause infections and make you seriously ill. you can still take a pregnancy test, the depo won't change the test result. I've been in the same situation, but lucky i was not pregnant. still went to the doctor to make sure.

The D&C is not a must after a miscarriage. It's only if there are remains left inside so you should have no problem apart from the one you already have.

It will start to decompose and give you infections and that is why you have to see a doctor when you miscarry and have a D&C, an abortion method where they scrape the uterus.

They say that you can have a very heavy period and that is a sign of early miscarriage. Most woman have a miscarriage early in the first 3 weeks and didnt even know they were pregnant.
