Yes the catback system should fit. As a safe measure call to order the system just to be sure! I saved $200 by having my system made at my local muffler shop. It is 2.25 inch with H pipe and two chambered (Flowmaster) mufflers, all for $260 and it bolts to the cats just like the stock Y did. I also added the K&N 5.7L FIPK cold air kit and a Granatelli 5.7L cold air tuned MAF sensor. It will dust a stock 5.7 V8 Caprice(not Impala SS).
It is the part of the exhaust system that is AFTER the catalytic converter.
The GReddy Ti-C Catback Exhaust System will have absolutely no effect on emissions readings because it retains the stock catalytic converter.
Catalytic converters are part of the exhaust system under the vehicle. They are right after the exhaust pipes come down from the engine
Yes, you can. But its pointless because a glssspack is a muffler. Just have a glasspack installed. Or a full catback glasspack exhaust system installed
In the exhaust system between the engine and the muffler.
In the exhaust system between the engine and the muffler.
The GReddy Ti-C will help with emissions, but not dramatically so. It will increase performance dramatically, though.
The GReddy Ti-C will make your Honda run quieter, but only if installed correctly.
Yeah I have a 2002 Saturn sc2 with full body kit, catback exhaust , 17inch rims, custom paint, and currently working on a system, why do you ask?
Open headers are essentially an open exhaust system with no mufflers or catalog converters
They are located before and after the catalytic converters in the exhaust system.
There is only one catalytic converter in the exhaust system.
