Lamp Fault Code 36 has four possibilites, of which are the following:
-Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Shorted to Ground
-Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Shorted to Battery or Ignition
-Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Resistance High
-Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Resistance Low
With that said, it's most likely your driver air bag needs to be replaced. Hope this helps.
