I don't have the answer but I gave the final solution on my own venture 1999,
(although I adjusted and tighten hard the blades bolts,
it was tangled-up a number of times on the highway winter time mostly
especially one time I was on the passing left, an 18 wheeler and when
I was half way started splashing on my windshield heavy wet snow
and I had no extra room, luckilly I 've made it through).
On the passenger side I removed the wiper
and I replaced it with an other 13'' size,
it gives good visability and trouble free.
To alighn , ther is a bolt on the bottom end,
on top of the blade body loose it up abit and by hand bring it
to the rest position then tight the bolt a bit tight.
Sometimes mine rest on the fully opposite position,
eventually after a few uses resets normal on its own.

Because when a light bulb is tightened the stuff inside squashes then snaps, causing it to blow.

i have a 2001 Chevy venture. inside the glove compartment (at the back) is a little trap door that has two filters inside. I simply changed out these filters and the a/c quit leaking condensation.
A protective action taken when occupants take refuge inside an area of the building with no or few windows?
Mounted on top and inside the fuel tank.
The wheel alignment is off, probably the camber.
