If both parents have joint legal custody, both parents must agree on the child going to boarding school. If one parent made the decision with out the input of the other, this would break the custody agreement.
If you like the idea of studying in a boarding school away from home, then it would be a good idea to put it forward during the dinner meal .
Technically your parents will always have custody over you. But if you are a citizen then not really.
Yes they can, unless you showed the school a court order preventing access to the child.
No as the passport requires both signatures
I am guessing you do because there called boarding schools and you board there! There are Boarding Schools that offer places to "non resident" students as well. This is often the case when the students family live very close or easy travel distance to the school
Private and boarding schools paid by their wealthy parents.
There was a big crowd at the dock to see the people boarding the ship.
No it is not a boarding school!
Yes, the form girls' is the plural possessive form of the noun girl. The girls' boarding school is the boarding school of the girls or the boarding school for girls.
From my experience, attending a boarding school in senior year is great! The most important lesson I got from my three year experience in a boarding school is that we get to be independent and learn how not to rely on others all the time to solve our problems. From that I also have more self confidence knowing the fact that I have lived 3 years of my life away from my parents. Next time I would already be used to it. The choice is yours actually, and your choice whether you will attend boarding school or not should also be approved by your parents. Often people that attend boarding school without permission by their parents end up doing badly at school. If you've got the permission, you have confidence that you can stay away from your parents, you are confident that you can solve your own problems (don't rely on friends all the time), and that you promise you will be responsible of your actions while at boarding school, then why not? Go for it! I am Mita, I want to say you that boarding life is just amazing. I also agree with RosaMistica that attending a boarding school we get to be independent and responsible that we can face any any challenge effectively. Also, in boarding schools we we will meet people from other backgrounds and we will learn that how to interact with them. I also studied in boarding school and I have got great experience over there. I think you should go for baording school.
Just don't afraid and tell them. ;D
Really any age your parents want to send you
