i don't really know . but i have been doing some research about this on the internet , asking bulked guys at the gym , will you lose it once u stop it ? they all say yes , but not all of it .
for example if u took creatine for 3 months in a row , then stop talking it , ull lose one month of creatine mass gain .
if you ask me , is it worth it ?
id say no
just have a good diet with a mid carb and height protein meals threw out your day .
and give you body at-least 2 days per-week REST .
remember , you are not a bodybuilding so you shoudnt train your body 6 days per week .
just look at prisoners man , they got no supplements no whey no creatine nun of tht fancy stuff . and they only eat 3 meals a day , look at their bodies when they workout at the prison gym , and i also think it has something to do with the equipment they got , as u can tell they don't have fancy machinery , just benches and dumbbells and bars .
so yea , keep it natural :)
Creatine is a chemical that provides energy to muscle and is taken to build up muscle. Injecting it into a mouse would probably add muscle and give it strength.
Protein is best after a workout. Muscles rip during exercise and the rebuilding process is what makes them stronger. That's when you need the protein. Also, protein before a workout can cause digestive issues during that workout. ______________________________________________________________________ Answer:Creatine actually causes your muscle cells to absorb more water which makes them look bigger which gives us an illusion of extra size and mass. Effectively speaking, once you cut down on your creatine intake, the muscles would start releasing the excess water and you may end up feeling your muscles shrink in size. But, one good thing about creatine is that, it helps you gain that extra strength needed to do heavy workouts. Though it only packs water into our muscles, a properly administered dosage/cycle of creatine can help you in gaining weight and strength.

Creatine earned a bad reputation from high school-age wrestlers who were both trying to build muscle and make their weight. In some instances they were also taking huge quantities of creatine with the thinking that if a little was good for building muscle a lot would build a lot of muscle. This is bad for your health in many ways. Creatine works by increasing the fuel storage capacity of muscle tissue and to do this it has the potential to pull water away from other organs and tissue. Proper dosing and a recommended doubling of water intake is therefore crucial for creatine to be both safe and effective. One side effect of creatine use in some people is muscle cramping. Because it is nearly impossible to study spontaneous muscle cramping the actual mechanism of it not well known. Drinking lots of water, empirically, seems to help with creatine induced muscle cramping. It can also cause death to cells in the upper membrane of the skin. This eventually causes skin aging and spots which aging cream cannot treat.
Crearine is for muscle building. It will make you gain weight. If you have to take drug test I would not take it on the day of or a few days before because it will cause you to fail. Creatine is indeed used when building muscle, however just taking supplements won't have any beneficial effects. Muscles grow though microscopic tears in their fibres which are then fixed as new supportive layers are constructed. This fixing and reconstruction can occur faster when there have higher levels of creatine available to them. On the topic of drugs tests mentioned above, creatine is a perfectly legal protein supplement and will not result in failure of any blood tests. It will however result in slightly odd urea and electrolyte levels, something doctors check to monitor how well your kidneys are working. Explaining that your taking these supplements will solve this problem. Taking too many creatine supplements however will produce diarrhoea...
I am not a doctor but, I can share with you my experience with creatine. No, I don't think taking creatine would ruin your phsique. I recall taking creatine a while back as part of my workout routine when I wanted to have a nice build. It did make me look better, had more muscle, more solid..if you know what I mean. The human body is made up of mostly water so I think the water retention helps build your muscles too. Read up on creatine on the web.. Creatine helps the body recover quicker when working out. It is produced naturally in the body, but when supplimented it has an increased effect. Your muscles retain more water giving a bigger look to them. However, if your body fat levels are low, creatine can make muscles look less striated. I like creatine, because it takes away bloating from my stomach to other parts of my body. Unlike anabolic steroids, it does not require on/off cycles, but does require getting enough fluids daily to keep it being excreted in the urine.
yes, you can. citalopram, which i also take, is an ssri. it has to do with seratonin levels in the brain. creatine, on the other hand, is a bodybuilding supplement. creatine helps increase the amount of adenosine triphosphate (atp) in the muscle cells to prolong fatigue while working out. i work out regularly and have taken a broad array of supplements, including creatine, and this would be perfectly safe.
creatine is a chemical produced naturally in the body to help muscle groth i personally as a football player and weight lifter use a powdered form of it to increase muscle groth natually and its legal but some forms are illegal

Creatine is a product that increases water weight so it bulks you up at first that way. Protein depending on what kind can cause stomach bloating or gas in the small intestines. When and how you are taking the supplements is very important. As someone under the age of 20 I would not recomend taking creatine there are amino acids out there that will be a better choice because you are still in your growth years. You should not have been allowed to purchase creatine yourself, and there is a reason. Granted it's better than steroid use, but you can gain better results from glutamine or a nice combination of amino acids. Go do research on the effects of most amino's and muscle growth, joints, and many other benefits your body will get from them.
The reccomended time to start taking Creatine is late 13 or 14 years of age. For ages 10-12 I would recommend Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60. Nothing for ages 9 and under.
