Well, if you have verifiable driving experience - even if it is local, you might still have a chance of getting hired with a decent company. If, say, you're a recent driving school graduate with no experience whatsoever, on the other hand, you'll probably have to start with one of these 'coolie carrier' companies and get yourself a year or two over-the-road with them. Companies such as Swift, Schneider, Werner, Knight's, Central, Covenant, etc.
